UFCW Eastern Provinces Council Local 864 members working at the Potlotek Preservation office in Potlotek First Nation have come to terms on a new three-year collective agreement.
Biggest contract gains include a 3.5 per cent wage increase each year, a signing bonus and an increase to the workers’ cell phone allowance.
Employees including the preservation officer and general staff voted 100 per cent in favour of the deal on April 4 following two days of bargaining.
