New contract gained by members at Conche Seafood – UFCW 1252

Conche, N.L. – June 15, 2015 – UFCW Canada Local 1252 at the Conche Seafood processing plant have ratified their contract. Some of the gains in the new three-year contract include:

• Wage increases:  Year 1 – 40 cents; Year 2 – 40 cents; Year 3 – 30 cents
• One day extra paid holiday

The Union Negotiating Committee included Paula Talbot and national representative Dave Hann.
